Executive Director

Elísio brings over three decades of expertise in real estate and project management, with a career marked by entrepreneurial vision and a deep connection to the Algarve.

His journey began in the early 1990s, working with an asset management company specialising in redeveloping real estate and tourism projects in the Algarve. This experience provided him with an in-depth understanding of the region’s real estate market and honed his skills in project management.

In the late 1990s, driven by his passion for real estate, Elísio founded a real estate consultancy firm, offering strategic and financial advisory services to international investors exploring the Portuguese property market. The company’s success led to significant growth, with offices in Lisbon, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, and an international branch in Cape Verde.

In 2007, his entrepreneurial ambitions took him abroad, where he founded a pan-European real estate investment and management company, exploring opportunities across Mediterranean and Eastern European countries.

Returning to the Algarve in 2022, Elísio embraced the region’s exceptional quality of life and launched In Domo Sua, uniting his passion for the Algarve with his vision to enhance its real estate landscape.

Drawing on his extensive experience, Elísio is dedicated to delivering innovative developments that reflect the region’s charm while meeting modern living standards.
